About the tallest building in Lebanon

Sama Beirut: Majestic, Incomparable, Authentic

Today, being at the heart of Beirut and enjoying at once tranquility and luxury is the incomparable way of living that everyone seeks. And for that lifestyle, there is One Address: Sama Beirut. Standing 50 stories high, the unique and authentic tower, which is Lebanon’s tallest, creates a majestic presence over the capital’s scenery.

“A Tower Way of Working; a Tower Way of Living”

Sama Beirut follows worldwide trends by implementing within the same development several components, in a smart and well-studied internal circulation, whereby residents are in a total separation from office occupants thus giving the feeling of being in an exclusive separated building and vice versa. The aim is to generate an animated tower, alive and full of positive energies.

Retail, Offices and Apartments are found within 5,220m² of Land. The center of the plot encloses the tower, which takes up only 1,050m² of footprint while the remaining 4,000m² are landscaped areas equipped with enjoyable lighting and fountains.

Structurally, the tower is developed with concrete along with specially imported reinforcement steel. It includes six technical floors which are acoustically insulated from the adjacent floors; each one serving the floors above or beneath.

The peripheries of the land enclose on the ground floor level six high-end boutiques independent and linked to the tower at once. The architectural design of these six units is conceived to be in complete harmony with the tower’s glass façade.

Offices occupy the 2nd to the 13th floors of the tower, leaving the engagement of the residential section from the 14th floor up to the 50th.

360 Territory Views

From where Sama Beirut stands, views over the entire Lebanese territory are to be enjoyed; a 360-degree panoramic image stretches from Mount Lebanon all the way to the bay of Jounieh along the seashore, to the port of Beirut and the Beirut Central District as well as the rest of the Lebanese capital.
